What to do next?

You can wait for the administrators to contact you but realistically they have no idea about crypto and won’t be in a position to provide much information. A class action is probably the best step but in the meantime consider filing a complaint as per their terms and conditions.

File a complaint with the FDRS in New Zealand. From the Terms they have the following information, you can ignore 18.3 a) as they are no longer able to be contacted.
