Once again SolarStake has failed to deliver on a single promise and keeps pushing things back with weak excuses. Andrew Fornes promised the share certificates by mid February after constant delays along with the Helios Energy business registration details, the financial figures for the 796kw systems were promised as where photos of the solar farm install in Namangan.
The reason for this is simple, they are selling a lie. There is no 796kW solar facility in Thailand, every single person at TapRoot Consulting, SolarStake and Helios Energy knows this and this is another Ponzi scheme from Jeremy Tan. If you are an investor reading this, ask yourself the question, why are they deleting posts, banning users and restricting discussion on information relating to this website? It’s because they know that the information is correct, I have offered to discuss this with them but they refuse.
The evidence on my website cannot be disputed except by those involved in this elaborate hoax, not only has it been proven that the photos provided do not make any sense and that the mining facility does not have any solar panels installed, but it has also been proven that the photos were taken at a demonstration centre that has nothing to do with Helios Energy or Jeremy Tan.
By continuing to be involved in this ICO after being alerted to this back in January all of those involved have proven their guilt, not one person involved in this ICO has asked questions or walked away from the scam. In fact they have all played their role in attempting to discredit this website through lies and defamatory comments but not once have they ever been able to refute a single one of the allegations made against them.
|Share Certificates||31st of January 2020||Failed to Deliver|
|Photos from Namangan||End of January 2020||Failed to Deliver|
|Finances from “796kw”||End of January 2020||Failed to Deliver|
|Solar Panel Manufacturing||Q3 and Q4 2019||Failed to Deliver|
Share certificates that were promised since the ICO started and constantly delayed were again promised for mid February 2020. It’s mid February 2020 and there are no share certificates. Why not? Because there are no solar installations in Thailand. Helios Energy does not exist as a company, SolarStake does not exist as a company and there is no contract with Uzbekistan. All this is easy to verify.
One investor seen below called Paul asked about the share certificates multiple times, he was banned for his actions.
Promises have been made since August 2019 to provide the certificates soon but not a single one has been delivered.
Site Works for Uzbekistan Solar Facility
The site works at Namangan have been ongoing since October 2019 but not one single photo has ever been produced, I guess they don’t own cameras or phones in Uzbekistan?
The linked article has a photo that was also supplied by Helios Energy just like the press releases.

Ugo Nwagwu claimed on the 25th of January 2020 that within weeks they will have media (photos and video) of the work in Uzbekistan.
Financial Statements for the 796kW install
Andew Fornes claimed that not only are the financials for the Helios Energy 796kW solar facility going to be provided soon they will have photos of the Namanga installation once it stops looking like a mound of dirt. Neither of these have occurred.
Andrew Fornes promised the financials on the 31st of January 2020. Another promise that was not delivered, there will be no real financials as there is no install and they claimed that grid power was down for 8 months+!

Additional News Coming
Promises of more news coming soon has been a feature of the ICO to drum up interest in their product. In this example Gary Brooks promised that there is more news but currently behind a paywall but will be free in the near future. This was on the 3rd of October 2019.
